In today’s episode we bring you the top ten new condo projects in Cabo San Lucas. There are new condos going up everywhere. We bring you the cream of the crop in a variety of price points. There are also many other new options in Todos Santos, Cerritos, San Jose and La Paz, this video is strictly in the Cabo area. So Let’s begin.
First up are The Villas at Rancho San Lucas
These new 2 bedroom offerings are priced between $435k to $520k and are only two units per building so that the owner occupies one entire level with no shared walls. This results in the feeling of living in a single family home, with the easy minimal maintenance of a condo with the HOA being responsible for the grounds outside of the unit. Las Cascadas at Pedregal
Pre-Construction for the much anticipated building 9 at the highest elevation in the development. Huge views, quietest location and very private. All within the secure gates of Pedregal. Prices range from $835knfor a one bedroom first floor to $2.4 Million for a three bedroom stunner.
