This morning, Oakley and I decided to take a look at the progress at El Cielo. You know the massive new wall with the tunnel at Playa Santa Maria. This is the latest offering from the Ohana group at Maravilla. These are the most expensive ocean-view custom lots in Mexico. Half-acre sites start at $ 16 M. The most exclusive are only two lots on the oceanfront side of the tunnel. Cielo 1 is $50M for 1.8 acres and $90M for the 2.5-acre Cielo 2. I think Cielo 17 has the best location, and the pre-approved home design is amazing with incredible views and multiple pools.
