The hotel was built in 1998 by it’s owner and patron Blanca Pedrin a 5th generation SJD local. She transformed her family home into this magical place. She is also a local history expert and works tirelessly promoting local culture, art, music and the restaurant scene; most of all sharing her passion for the beauty of the land and people of Los Cabos. She also worked many years for the legendary hotel pioneer, Mr. Bud Parr who was a partner in building the world famous Palmilla Hotel then later the Hotel Cabo San Lucas and hotel Twin Dolphin.
