Finest New Condo Projects Los Cabos Fall 2021

Everywhere you look there are new buildings springing up all over Los Cabos. Many of these are brand new or expansions of existing projects. Let’s look inside the current top new condominium projects based on quality, location, and price points.


First up is Las Cascadas in Cabo San Lucas. Pre-Construction is available NOW for the much anticipated building 9 at the highest elevation in the development. Huge views, quietest location, and very private. All within the secure gates of Pedregal. Las Cascadas offers 2 pool areas with BBQs, Jacuzzi’s, sun decks plus a Club House with a full gym.
